About This Car & Owner:
I started fumbling my way through restoring this GT6 in the Summer of 2003. Not being a mechanic, I'm learning as I go, mostly from my mistakes. Had a professional British car repair shop rebuild the engine and tranny. After replacing the floor pan and rear valence, I will have a professional body shop straighten out the collision damage, fix various dings and dents, and paint it. Then the fun of putting it all back together begins!
Update:
Just got the
car back from the body guy. Used Rob Simon at Prestige
Body Works here in Prescott Arizona. Rob used his rotisserie to replace
the driver side floor pan and rear valance, and fix all the many dents, and
dings. Then he painted it Ford Denim Blue and applied an undercoating. Now
the scary part begins: putting it all back together again.
